Development
Seraph Court is located between two lively areas of Shoreditch and Angel - a development of 34 fantastic apartment benefiting from its close proximity to a superb range of shops, bars and restaurants
A six-story development with a number of roof top penthouse apartments in one of the most desirable and cool locations in London.
The Proposal
SCCI were appointed to deploy full fibre here for G Network, working with the managing agent, Diamond Managing Agents LTD.
G.Network is London’s full fibre broadband provider, installing brand new, fibre optic connections directly to residents and businesses across London.
With G.Network infrastructure, residents and businesses are able to access reliable 100% fibre connections with guaranteed download and upload speeds.
The Delivery
Seraph Court was deployed directly off of G Networks only infrastructure.
We deployed from two DP’s, one inside and one outside.
It was decided in this case to utilise discrete (invisi-type) cabling solution, with a point of entry box discretely placed outside each property ready for service by G network.
Conclusion
Successfully deployed in around 2 weeks - offering the residents full fibre connectivity from G Network.
Our working partnership & the investment from G Network meant these services were introduced to the scheme at no charge to the residents, managing agents or the freeholder.
Our solution was delivered with very little disruption to the residents, future proofing the building and adding desirability and value to the homes within.
The guys were incredibly informative about the process around MDU installation, key safety elements and what the 2nd fix would look like. The completed work was neat, tidy and up to all standards required.
