SCCI Alphatrack join forces with G.Network to implement full fibre technology into 81 dwellings in the London Borough of Hackney
The Development
Pegaso Hoxton is a development situated just off City Road in the London Borough of Hackney, comprising of 81 residential units.
The Pegaso Building is a scheme of 1-, 2- & 3-bedroom apartments in a recently refurbished development on Nile Street Hoxton N1, an area that has undergone considerable improvement and regeneration in recent years.
The Proposal
SCCI were appointed to deploy full fibre here for G Network.
G.Network is London’s full fibre broadband provider. installing brand new, fibre optic connections directly to residents and businesses across London.
With G.Network infrastructure, residents and businesses are able to access reliable 100% fibre connections with guaranteed download and upload speeds.
The Delivery
The network was designed around 3 fibre lead ins, with the underground car park used to link blocks where possible.
The internal cabling & point of entry boxes were discreetly deployed above the false ceiling.
The Conclusion
Successfully deployed in around 2 weeks, offering the residents full fibre connectivity from G.Network.
Our working partnership & the investment from G.Network meant these services were introduced to the scheme at no charge to the residents, managing agents or the freeholder.
Our solution was delivered with very little disruption to the residents, future proofing the building and adding desirability and value to the homes within.
