The Property
Perched on the banks of Berlin's River Spree, Locke's East Side Gallery offers 176 spacious apartments in the thick of Germany's historic capital.
Situated just across from the East Side Gallery (the longest preserved stretch of the Berlin Wall) Locke's latest property immerses its guests in Berlin's cultural and culinary hub, with the neighbourhoods of Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg typifying Locke's See more, do more, live more. And feel Free ethos.
For guests looking for a quieter life, the property boasts all the amenities expected of the Locke brand - comfy co-working spaces, a restaurant & cocktail bar, workout studio, event suite and the Anima coffee bar.
The Technology
As with all other Locke properties, Locke at East Side Gallery opted for TV technology powered by an Otrum Mirage guest entertainment system.
Mirage provides a powerful SaaS solution, enabling unparalleled options for the customisation, branding and personalisation of the guestroom TV's interface. Mirage also provides a handy platform for a number of other features, including a tailored list of channels, SMART APPS, catch-up TV services and hospitality certified Google Chromecast - allowing guests to cast content from their portable device to the in-room TV.
A welcome new addition to Locke's guestroom TV estate is integration with exercise and wellbeing brand, Peloton. Peloton members can access their account, via a QR code on the display, non-members can choose from a limited number of room relevant exercises - ideal for those that don't fancy a stint in the gym.
