Cadence Equity Partners acquires majority stake in SCCI Group, ushering in a new chapter of growth and innovation

The SCCI Group, a key player in the technical systems industry, proudly announces its acquisition, by Cadence Equity Partners.
Since its 2007 inception, SCCI Group has demonstrated resilience and adaptability, consistently aligning with market trends whilst upholding a commitment to technical expertise and quality delivery.
This ethos has underpinned fourfold growth in the business, assisted via strategic acquisitions of complementary service providers.
Now, SCCI is poised to use additional resources and expertise provided by Cadence to further fortify, expand, and evolve the business - both organically and through strategic acquisitions.
